Class Description
Total Body Fit and Bootcamp - Circuit and Bootcamp Style Training
This class is available for women of all levels of fitness. We use body weight and hand weights
to do High Intensity interval training with a combination of strength and cardio and core
exercises. This class will challenge you to reach your personal fitness goals no matter where
you are on your journey and may even challenge you spiritually. I am glad you are here!
Faith Based Yoga
Faith Based Yoga a gentle and relaxing class suitable for all levels of fitness. This is a floor-
based yoga practice incorporating movement, breath work, and gentle stretching to help
release habitual tension in our bodies and to bring greater awareness to how we feel, and to
the presence of God’s Holy Spirit. This class will help to relax and lengthen the muscles, fascia
and connective tissues of the shoulders, hips, pelvis and spine and includes passive poses
that are held for longer periods of time, allowing you to fully release into each pose. Space is
provided at the end for self-reflection, meditation and prayer. It is our intention that you leave
feeling more connected to Jesus and feeling better than when you arrived.
Sculpt and Condition
We use a straightforward concept ,with muscle group focus , to help improve muscle definition by toning your entire body using muscle conditioning and strength training. Cardio isn't the only important element to fitness, strength is just as important!
Worship Ride
Worship ride is a class that is more about worship and less about the workout.
The music is encouraging and uplifting and each person can go at their own fitness level.
Some may want to coast and take it as a easy ride and others may want to push their body
and challenge themselves both physically and spiritually,
There is something amazing that happens when we allow the Holy Spirit into our workout. It will
leave you feeling spiritually encouraged.
HIIT the Row
Fun, music and fitness all in one! Using a combination of rowing machines, strength training and core, this fun, yet challenging class will leave you feeling accomplished. Alternating cardio, strength and core in this 45 minute class checks off all the boxes for a full workout!
HIIT Cycle
HIIT Cycle is a high energy class for all fitness levels. Interval training consists of alternating periods of work and active recovery. By manipulating speed and resistance during the ride, we maximize power output to produce an effective work out! Upbeat tunes are the name of the game; this is a popular class for all age groups!
